Customer Service Cleanliness Room Quality Value for money Food Quality Family Friendly Not Reviewed Not Reviewed We stayed here, as we were in Birmingham for a Hen Night. We stayed at the Parkside Apartments, which were close to everything we needed, including Mailbox for dinner, Broad Street etc. The rooms were immaculate and much nicer than some hotels that I've stayed. Definitely value for money when there is a group of you.

However the apartment was great. Had a great day/night

Perfect for a family or the business traveller who doesn't need room service.
Unbeatable value for money for something new and clean.
Fairly close to the Mailbox, not so good for shopping district - I walked it in 15 min.
